The best printing method depends on your garment type, artwork, quantity, and desired finish. Screen printing is ideal for bulk apparel orders with vibrant and durable prints. Embroidery is perfect for premium uniforms, hats, and corporate apparel. DTF printing works well for detailed full-colour graphics and lower minimum quantities. Our team helps clients choose the best production method based on quality, durability, and budget.

We recommend vector artwork files such as AI, EPS, and PDF for the best print quality. High-resolution PNG and PSD files are also accepted for many projects. If your artwork is not print-ready, our design team can assist with artwork cleanup, vector conversion, and production setup to ensure professional results.

Turnaround times vary depending on the garment type, quantity, and production method. Most standard custom apparel orders are completed within 7–14 business days after artwork approval. Rush production may be available for select projects. Large-scale screen printing, embroidery, and uniform orders may require additional production time depending on complexity and inventory availability.

Yes. We can provide digital proofs and, in some cases, physical samples before full production begins. This helps ensure artwork placement, colors, sizing, and garment selection meet your expectations before moving into larger production runs.
