Custom Hats in Toronto
Headwear is almost always embroidered rather than printed. The curved, structured panels of a cap hold stitched logos far better than ink, and embroidery is the standard finish customers expect on a quality hat.
Cap styles
We work with structured and unstructured caps, snapbacks, trucker-mesh styles, dad hats, toques, and bucket hats. Structured caps hold a crisper front-panel logo shape; unstructured caps sit softer and lower for a more relaxed look.
Where logos go
Front panel is the standard placement, sized to fit the panel without distortion. Side and back placements work for a secondary logo, a website, or a hashtag. Flat-brim underside printing is available on request for a hidden branding detail.
Logo requirements for hats
Because the front panel is small and curved, simpler logos digitize and stitch more cleanly than fine detail or small text. If your logo has a lot of intricate detail, we'll suggest a simplified version built specifically for cap embroidery.
Printed alternatives
For flat-panel styles like some bucket hats, or for full-color designs that don't translate well to thread, screen printing or DTF on the flat panel is an option. We'll tell you which finish suits your logo and cap style.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is embroidery or printing better for hats?
Embroidery is the standard for structured and curved caps. It holds up to shape and wear far better than print. Printing is an option on flatter panels or for full-color designs that don't suit thread.
Is there a minimum order for custom hats?
We offer flexible order quantities depending on production method and garment type.
How long does a custom hat order take?
Most standard orders complete within 7–14 business days after artwork approval. Rush production may be available depending on garment inventory, artwork readiness and production capacity. Tell us your deadline and we'll confirm what's possible.
Can I provide my own hats?
Yes, we can embroider or print on customer-supplied caps. Let us know in your quote request so we can confirm the panel material works with your chosen finish.

Custom Embroidery
Embroidery stitches your logo into the fabric with thread, rather than printing on top of it. It's the standard for corporate wear, uniforms and headwear because a stitched logo holds up to years of washing and everyday wear far better than most prints.
Custom Workwear
Workwear takes a beating on-site, so decoration has to survive far more than a normal wash-and-wear cycle: repeated washing, abrasion, sun exposure, and often safety-standard fabrics. We decorate hi-vis gear, coveralls, safety jackets, and daily crew uniforms with that in mind.
Corporate Apparel
Corporate apparel spans everyday staff uniforms, client-facing branded polos and jackets, onboarding kits, and company merch for events and gifting. The common thread is consistency: every piece needs to represent your brand correctly, every time, whether it's order one or order twenty.
