Print Apparel Canada Inc. (“we”, “our” or “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information printapparel.ca collects, how it's used, and the choices you have.

This site is our marketing website. It does not process payments or store customer accounts. Quotes, artwork uploads and order details are handled by our order platform, PrintCord, which has its own privacy practices governing that information.

  • Information you provide directly. If you email or call us, we receive whatever you choose to share, such as your name, contact details and project information.
  • Information collected automatically. Standard technical data such as your IP address, browser, device type and pages visited, collected through cookies and analytics tools when enabled.

We use, or may use, tools such as Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand site traffic and measure how visitors find and use this website. These tools use cookies, small files stored in your browser, to collect anonymized or pseudonymized usage data. We do not use this data to identify you personally.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on. This site does not currently use its own accounts, logins or shopping cart, so there is no personal profile stored in your browser beyond standard analytics cookies.

3. How We Use Information

  • To respond to questions sent by email or phone.
  • To understand how visitors use this site, so we can improve content and performance.
  • To measure the effectiveness of advertising, where Google Ads conversion tracking is active.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for purposes beyond what is described here.

4. Third-Party Services

  • Google Analytics & Google Ads (Google LLC), for traffic measurement and advertising performance.
  • PrintCord, our order platform. When you click “Get a Free Quote” or similar, you leave this website and enter PrintCord, which collects and handles your order information under its own privacy policy.

5. Data Retention

Information you send us directly (such as an email) is kept only as long as needed to respond and for our business records. Analytics data is retained according to the relevant tool's standard retention settings.

6. Your Rights

Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA), you can ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete information you've sent us directly. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

7. Children's Privacy

This website is intended for businesses, organizations and adults placing custom apparel orders. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
