Custom T-Shirts in Toronto

Custom tees are our most common order. Team shirts, company merch, event runs, and brand launches. We print using screen printing or DTF depending on your design and quantity, on a range of blank shirts from budget cotton to premium garment-dyed fabric.

Choosing a decoration method

A simple one- or two-color logo at higher quantity is most cost-effective with screen printing. A full-color, photographic, or gradient design, or a smaller or mixed-size run, is a better fit for DTF. See our full screen printing vs. DTF breakdown for the detailed trade-offs.

Blank shirt options

We source from premium apparel suppliers including Bella+Canvas, AS Colour, Gildan and Independent Trading Co., from budget-friendly 100% cotton tees for large event runs to heavyweight garment-dyed and tri-blend shirts for a premium retail feel. Tell us the use case (team event, retail merch, corporate gifting) and budget, and we'll recommend the right blank.

Sizing and fit

We carry standard adult sizing (S–3XL depending on the blank), with youth sizing available on request. For mixed-gender teams or brand merch, we can source unisex or fitted women's cuts on the same shirt style so print placement stays consistent across sizes.

Print placement

Full front, full back, left chest, and sleeve are standard. Oversized front prints and combination front-and-back designs are common for event and brand merch runs.

Cotton vs. Polyester

Fabric choice affects how the shirt feels, how it prints, and how it holds up.

Cotton (and cotton blends)

Breathable, soft, and the most common choice for everyday wear, merch, and event tees. Takes screen printing ink and discharge printing especially well. Cotton/poly blends add durability and reduce shrinkage versus 100% cotton.

Polyester (and performance blends)

Moisture-wicking and lightweight, the standard for athletic and team wear. Requires sublimation-safe inks or low-bleed print methods to avoid dye migration (a pink or yellow halo around the print). We account for this in production automatically.

Cotton or a cotton blend for everyday wear, merch, and event shirts. Polyester or a performance blend for team athletic wear or anything worn during activity. Tell us the use case and we'll steer you to the right fabric.
