Welcome to Print Apparel. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules for using our website and ordering our custom print apparel, embroidery and DTF services. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

Quotes, artwork approval, checkout and order tracking are handled through our order platform, PrintCord. These terms apply to every order placed through PrintCord.

1. General Information

Print Apparel Canada Inc. (“we”, “our” or “us”) operates a custom print apparel, embroidery and DTF business serving Toronto, the GTA and Canada. By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or have parental consent.
  • All information you provide is accurate and complete.
  • You have the authority to place the order.

2. Products & Customization

  • All of our apparel is custom printed or embroidered according to your order specifications.
  • Colours, placement and sizing may vary slightly from digital mockups due to printing and material differences.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure that all designs, logos and text are correct before approving your final proof in PrintCord.
  • Once production begins, no changes or cancellations can be made.

3. Intellectual Property

  • You must have the legal right to use any design, logo, image or text you upload or ask us to print.
  • By uploading a design, you grant Print Apparel Canada Inc. a non-exclusive license to use it for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
  • We are not responsible for trademark or copyright violations arising from user-submitted designs.

4. Orders & Payment

  • Orders and payment are processed securely through PrintCord. Full payment is required before production starts.
  • We accept the payment methods made available at checkout in PrintCord.
  • In the rare case of a stock shortage or production delay, we will contact you promptly to resolve it.

5. Production & Turnaround Time

  • Most standard orders complete within 7–14 business days after artwork approval.
  • Rush production may be available depending on garment inventory, artwork readiness and production capacity.
  • Turnaround times may vary during holidays or high-demand periods.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Ships across Canada, in addition to local Toronto and GTA pickup and delivery.
  • Delivery times vary based on your location and shipping method.
  • Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for packages lost, stolen or delayed by the carrier.
  • You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Because each product is custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in specific cases. Full details, including how to report a damaged or incorrect order, are in our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

Print Apparel Canada Inc. shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from product use, or for delays caused by shipping carriers, natural disasters or supplier issues. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the order.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your data.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect once posted on this page.
